5. Refund & Replacement Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Replacement orders will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for refund reflection, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Eandore covers the shipping costs for all approved replacements.
